KEEPING BUSY IN AND AROUND MILTON BRYAN

Milton Bryan is one of the areas most picturesque villages, you wont be short of things to do and see while visiting.

This small Bedfordshire village is home to one of the most amazing stories of World War Two. A radio station was built in Milton Bryan just on the edge of the Woburn Estate, where presenters pretended to be Germans to fool the enemy into surrender. Milton Bryan Scout Camp

The village is also best known for being the birthplace of  Joseph Paxton, the designer of the Crystal Palace, who was born in Milton Bryan as the seventh son of a farming family.

Just down the road and with a well documented history that dates back to Medieval times you will find the pretty village of  Woburn

Here you will be able to visit the wonderful Woburn Abbey and Gardens, including 22 rooms at the Abbey, over 28 acres of Humphrey Repton inspired gardens, and 3000 acres of deer park, where you will be able to see the amazing free roaming deer.

While in Woburn please be sure to make time to visit the Woburn Safari Park  Visitors to the park can drive through exhibits, which contain species such as the Southern White Rhino, Elephants, Tigers and Black Bears, just to name a few.

Once you have finished exploring, The Red Lion at Milton Bryan is located close enough to enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drink, away from the hustle and bustle of your fun packed day.
